Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge.
Damage & Liability
Renters are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period. Our comprehensive insurance covers most incidents with a VUV 20,000 excess.
Traffic Violations
Any fines or penalties incurred during the rental period are the responsibility of the renter and will be charged to the credit card on file.

What are your rental rates?
Our daily rate is VUV 15,000 for rentals up to 3 days, and VUV 13,000 per day for 4 days or more. Weekly rates and custom packages are also available.
Can I pick up and drop off at different locations?
Yes, we offer flexible pickup and drop-off options including Santo–Pekoa Airport, Luganville hotels, and the wharf. Please let us know your plans when booking.
What happens if the vehicle breaks down?
We provide 24/7 roadside assistance. One call and a local mechanic will be dispatched to help you wherever you are on the island.
Can I take the vehicle off-road?
Our Hilux dual cabs are built for Santo's roads and tracks. Off-road use is permitted, but renters are responsible for any damage caused by reckless driving.
What about fuel?
The vehicle comes with a full tank and should be returned full. Fuel stations are available in Luganville; we recommend filling up before long trips.
